Our Team

 Todd established Precision Painting in Bremen, Indiana in 1995 focused on providing RV Manufacturers with reliable turnaround times and outstanding quality.  Today, Precision Painting is known for providing "something different."  Additionally Todd has fostered a culture of pride and respect that makes Precision Painting stand out from the crowd.

Mike joined Precision in 2001 with 12+ years of experience in the RV painting market.  Mike helped precision transition from a partial paint refinisher into a full body Class A refinisher.  Mike is focused on new market development and project management.  Precision is poised for growth and Mike is responsible for transitioning new accounts to Precision Painting.  This allows OEMs to focus on production without having to worry about their their outsourced paint shops. 

Mike is currently in charge of OEM accounts and our production line.  He is focused on increasing throughput as we grow our facilities. 

Dan joined Precision in 2001 with 12+ years of experience in the RV painting market.  Dan helped precision transition from a partial paint refinisher into a full body Class A refinisher.  Dan is in charge of retail production and special projects.  In addition to those duties, Dan is responsible for applying custom effects to high end coaches and trailers.

Dan heads up Precision's retail and aftermarket operation.  Ask Dan what Precision can do to transform your RV--inside and out!

Jason joined Precision with over 8 years of experience in the paint and spray equipment industries.  Jason is Precision's retail sales representative, working with coach owners who would like to update their motorhomes with a full body paint job or renovate the interior of their coach.  Jason works one on one with each owner to ensure that their repaint and refurbishing processes is a rewarding experience.

Paul is Precision's retail service manager.  Having spent the last 13 years in the RV industry, there's not much Paul hasn't dealt with in a motorhome.  Paul and his experienced technicians work on all models of coaches.   Whether it's installing a new power awning or adjusting a slideout in it's hole, Paul and his techs can make any add-ons or repairs you need done on your coach.
